Somebody is at the desk Monday to Saturday, 7 am to 7 pm Central. When it is shut a request simply sits in the mailbox until it opens again, and that is the reason no page here claims a line answered at any hour.
No Texas file number, no federal tax number and no registered agent appear anywhere on this site. A registered agent is a filing requirement and a matter between the company and the state; none of the three is needed to identify a business to a customer, and none of them is any customer's business.
What this desk is
Pinnace Transfers LLC is a booking desk. It owns no vehicle, employs no driver, and holds no operating permit of any kind. It takes a request, asks local transfer companies what they have open, and places the job with one of them.
Pinnace is an independent booking desk. No airline, hotel, airport, airport operator or government body endorses it, sponsors it, or is connected to it, and it speaks for none of them.
Why the trading name is not the domain name
The domain was registered first and the trading name was chosen separately, and they are different on purpose.
Two live companies elsewhere in the country use the domain's first word and both of them sell airport transfers, which is this exact trade. Using it as a trading name would put this desk on top of names already in use in its own business. The domain's second word is a newspaper word, and this is not a newspaper.
So the desk trades as Pinnace. A pinnace is the small craft that carries people the last stretch between a larger vessel and the shore, which is the shape of this service exactly. The two words in the domain are used as an address and nowhere else: search the writing on these pages and you will not find either of them.
The refusals, as policy

- No description of any operator as licensed, insured, approved or vetted
- No watching of any flight, and no promise that a delay moves anything
- No claim of any standing at the airport
- No review block, because there are no real reviews
- No license number and no count of customers served, because both would have to be invented
